🎯 What You’ll Do
Build and manage ROI & financial models
Prepare and lead project funding, DVRs, and bank/NBFC liaison
Oversee taxation, GST, TDS compliance & audits
Support land acquisition due diligence & statutory payments
Monitor budgeting, cash flow & cost controls
Create insightful MIS dashboards for leadership decision-making
✅ Must-Haves
7+ years in finance, ideally within real estate
Strong Excel, Tally & financial reporting expertise
Knowledge of RERA, GST, real estate structures & land/legal matters
Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management
Proven track record in financial modelling, funding, compliance
