Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage

  architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and BOQs

  for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
• Handle

  end-to-end plan sanctioning processes

  , including preparation of submissions, liaising with government authorities, addressing scrutiny comments, and ensuring timely approvals.
• Coordinate effectively with

  structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and other project consultants

  to integrate multidisciplinary inputs seamlessly.
• Obtain required

  NOCs and approvals

  such as Fire NOC, Garden NOC, Aviation NOC, Environmental NOC, Drainage NOC, Water NOC, Zoning Certificates, etc.
• Ensure compliance with

  building bye-laws, DCR, NBC, MOEF norms

  , and other statutory requirements throughout the project cycle.
• Attend project review meetings and provide

  technical guidance to site teams

  to resolve design coordination issues during execution.
• Prepare presentations and conceptual proposals as per client or management requirements.
• Assist in design value engineering to achieve

  cost-effective and efficient designs

  without compromising on quality or compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  building bye-laws, sanctioning processes, and development regulations

  .
• Expertise in

  AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other architectural design software

  .
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Sound understanding of construction detailing, materials, and execution practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institute.

• COA registration is mandatory
