Finance Manager

The Senior Manager for Dealer Finance & Sales Operations in Ranchi will report to the CGM Finance and must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Automobile Finance, Bank Liaison, and Sales Operation. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Dealer Finance & Bank Liaison: - Serving as the main contact person for banking partners and NBFCs to ensure seamless coordination for dealer funding. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with banks to facilitate prompt processing of dealer transactions. - Collaborating with banks to address financing challenges, enhance Turnaround Time (TAT), and negotiate favorable terms for dealers. - Managing all documentation and compliance tasks related to dealer funding and credit disbursement. 2. Sales Leadership: - Collaborating closely with the sales team to monitor dealer performance and achieve sales objectives in various regions. - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost retail finance penetration and dealer business volumes. - Working with sales executives and dealer principals to align business objectives and optimize operations. - Providing regular reports and valuable insights to the leadership regarding sales trends, financing status, and the performance of individual dealers.,
