About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management within a manufacturing context, with strong expertise in board-related activities, MIS & reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders. This is a people manager role and you will be managing a team. Role & responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and banking activities. Oversee the preparation and filing of GST, ITR, and other tax-related documents. Develop and maintain efficient financial systems and processes, including ERP module management. Systematic MIS and management reporting Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and fund-raising efforts, including liaising with due diligence parties and managing related documentation. Implement and monitor efficient credit and collection processes. Handle compliance, audits, and regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to legal standards. Engage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, and auditors. Oversee inventory-related financial management and working capital, ensuring effective cost control. Conduct unit cost management and reporting for manufacturing processes. Manage import-related financial processes and documentation. Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, including documentation, secretarial work and filings. Preferred Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification. 6+ years of post qualification experience in a finance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in using financial software and ERP systems. Experience in a venture funded company would be highly preferred. You will need to adhere to strict deadlines and handle a variety of Indian Accounting Management reports, including Monthly Financials, Monthly direct and Indirect taxes, as well as Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly, and Annual Tax Reports. Your responsibilities will include the preparation and uploading of Journal Entries, accounting for all group companies, preparing Management Reports such as Budget reports, reconciling Inter Company accounts, generating Monthly Billing to Clients, managing Cash & Fund Flow, and overseeing Internal and Statutory Audits. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any Direct and Indirect Tax appeal cases, prepare relevant documents, liaise with banks for FIRC closing on a monthly basis, maintain records of Board Meetings and Company Law matters, and perform any other duties as assigned. Education requirements for this role include an M.com/Bcom/MBA with CA Inter qualification. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, which includes article ship. Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee security system installations (CCTV, alarms, fire systems, etc.) across assigned locations. Coordinate with Installation Coordinators to ensure on-time execution. Monitor AMC and complaint closure activities through the respective coordinators. Liaise with Bank officials (security officers, managers) for new orders, billing, approvals, and payments. Ensure 100% documentation and compliance with internal project milestones and customer SLAs. Attend internal review meetings and prepare MIS reports on project health, timelines, and challenges. Resolve escalations related to operations and service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Electronics / ITI / any technical field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or service management in the security systems domain. Strong coordination and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools. Familiarity with installation/service lifecycle of CCTV, burglar alarms, and fire alarm systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role & responsibilities : Daily cash management activities - monitor daily cash positions and manage bank accounts and payments Liquidity planning - short, medium & long term, with proper cross-functional coordination Cash flow management, corporate reporting etc. Maintain and update treasury systems and processes Managing investments in mutual funds for returns improvement Maintaining amicable relationship with banks, financial institutions, central bank etc. Close interactions with Corporate Treasury to ensure adherence to treasury guidelines Compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements w.r.t. treasury operations Ensuring maintenance of treasury database in Treasury Management System (TMS) Foreign exchange risk managment, monitoring the forex movement, export & import hedging, settlement of forward contract, deal booking etc. Liaison with banks, FD,BG, export realisation, bill collection/Discounting, credit facility, Fund transfer, EDPMS/IDPMS Compliances etc. Improving and developing treasury analytics across cash management, payments and other key activities Process Improvement & accounting Any other tasks and projects assigned
