Roles and Responsibilities Leverage existing relationships with government officials for new projects related to surveillance, fire safety, and security alarm systems. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm, intrusion alarm systems, access control, and integrated command center technologies. Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and growing revenue streams. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives. Prepare and submit end-to-end bid documentation for RFPs, RFQs, EOIs related to CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government departments (Police, Municipal Corporations, Railways, Defense, Education, etc.). Act as the primary point of contact for pre-sales, execution, and post-sales support. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various government departments and public sector undertakings (PSUs). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, officials, and decision-makers in government organizations. Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, voucher entry, ledger posting, sales vouchers, cash vouchers, credit notes, tax invoices, debit notes, E way bills, party reconciliations, branch reconciliations. Maintain compliance with GST regulations by filing returns on time. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Provide support in TDS return filing process. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Statement). Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to deliver timely and high-quality service. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand account revenue.

Attend internal review meetings and prepare MIS reports on project health, timelines, and challenges. Resolve escalations related to operations and service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Electronics / ITI / any technical field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or service management in the security systems domain. Strong coordination and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools. Familiarity with installation/service lifecycle of CCTV, burglar alarms, and fire alarm systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
