About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Finance Head to lead our multi-country finance operations and drive profitability, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years' experience, including 5+ in a senior leadership role (Travel/DMC sector only )
Expertise in multi-currency ops, international taxation, MIS, and strategic finance
Proven track record in profitability, cost optimization & cross-border compliance
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgets, and forecasting across all regions
Oversee accounting, P&L, MIS reporting, and destination profitability
Manage treasury, working capital, forex, and vendor/agent settlements
Ensure regulatory compliance across India & overseas entities
Build and lead regional finance teams; implement SOPs and controls
Skills & Tools
Travel/DMC industry finance expertise
Multi-currency, transfer pricing, and tax knowledge
Strong in Power BI, ERP/CRM finance modules, Excel modeling
Strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration
