Destination Expert - Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Destination Expert – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting, planning, and closing sales for Thailand, Bali, Dubai, and Vietnam travel products. This role requires strong destination knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with B2B partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B sales inquiries for Thailand, Bali, Dubai, and Vietnam destinations.
• Create and share customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages as per client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and DMC partners.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, hotel chains, sightseeing options, and destination highlights.
• Negotiate with suppliers/DMCs to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless execution of bookings.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Destination Sales / Travel Consulting (preferably B2B).
• Strong expertise in Thailand, Bali, Dubai, and Vietnam travel products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM/Travel software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong network within the travel trade community will be an added advantage.
