Qualifications and Skill

• Proficient in sales with a strong track record in B2B environments (Mandatory skill)
• Solid knowledge of various travel destinations to provide expert advice
• Experience in lead generation to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Capable of client conversion through strategic approaches to meet diverse client needs
• Strong relationship management skills to maintain and nurture client rapport
• Cultivate excellent customer relations ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, providing tailored travel solutions and advice on destination
• Drive B2B sales efforts to achieve or exceed set sales targets and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of travel itineraries.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for selling additional travel products.
• Participate in industry events and meetings to promote Aertrip's offerings and network with prospects.
• Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to management for improving service delivery.
