Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Expert International & Domestic Sales located in Delhi, India. The Holiday Expert will be responsible for designing and selling travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves coordinating with various travel partners, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert advice and support. Qualifications Analytical Skills to evaluate travel options and market trends Strong Communication skills for effective customer interactions and negotiations Understanding of Finance to manage budgets and pricing strategies Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries Proficiency in Sales to drive revenue and meet sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus Salary + Unlimited Incentives Rotational Shifts and Weekoffs Send your resume at Del.jobs@aertrip.com Show more Show less
