Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on travel destinations, coordinating travel plans, processing bookings, and resolving travel-related queries. Salary 18,000 to 40,000 PM Plus {Incentives} Rotational Shifts and 6 weekoffs Responsibilities Guiding customers on their Holiday requirements. Designing Holiday Itinerary as per customer requirement. Doing costing for the package. Selling Holiday Packages to customers. Ensure tracking of payment collection. Generate Repeat and Referral Business. Qualifications Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management are essential International Destination Knowledge. Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations Strong Customer Service skills Should have Destination Knowledge (i.e. Sight Seeing, Transfers, Hotels). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with travel software and booking systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
