Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, for a Travel Sales Consultant. In this role, you will assist customers in planning and booking their travel needs, including managing travel arrangements and reservations. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients to identify their travel preferences, and ensuring seamless travel management. You will also collaborate with team members to develop attractive travel packages that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
Experience in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
Prior experience in tourism or travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
