Job Description

As a Travel Sales Consultant, your role involves identifying passengers' specifications and desires to guide them with suitable travel packages and flight reservations according to their convenience. You will be required to plan complete itineraries for passengers, provide relevant information regarding airline bookings, and develop new sales techniques and promotional strategies to sell travel-related solutions. Additionally, you will assist existing passengers with cancellations and refunds while ensuring all processes and passages are strictly from U.S. geography. Key Responsibilities: - Identify passengers' specifications and desires to recommend suitable travel packages and flight reservations - Plan complete itineraries for passengers related to flight reservations - Provide travelers with pertinent information and address their queries regarding airline bookings - Develop new sales techniques and promotional strategies to sell travel-related solutions - Assist existing passengers with cancellations and refunds for their bookings - Make reservations on GDS Amadeus - Generate revenue on a daily/monthly basis by creating MCO out of each booking/PNR made Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in U.S. flight reservations - Hands-on experience with flight reservations in purely U.S. geography - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Exemplary selling skills and a passenger-oriented approach - Ability to handle passengers' escalations and provide resolutions - Education background in Hospitality, Travel Tourism, or Hospitality will be an added advantage Feel free to contact us at 7065009110 or email vipin@snva.com for any further information.
