Job Description

As a Travel Sales Consultant at a Leading Tourism company in UAE, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their travel plans, sell travel products, and services. You must be energetic, dynamic, and have a can-do attitude, along with a pleasing and persuasive personality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle and respond to customer enquiries through phone, online chat, and/or e-mails. - Possess extensive knowledge of the travel products and services being sold, including destinations, tours, hotels, activities, and other travel-related services. - Make reservations and bookings for customers. - Address customer complaints through phone, online chat, and/or e-mails. - Ensure resolution of all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints according to company processes. - Meet sales targets set by your sales head. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. - Stay updated with company procedures and processes. - Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers. - Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation and rapport building skills. - Knowledgeable with ticket portals (training will be provided). - Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of achieving high results. - Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
