CIMCON Software India Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. If you have a strong background in IPO documentation, #audits, financial reporting, and budgeting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- IPO Compliance: Manage documentation and filing processes for IPO.

- Audits: Conduct statutory and internal audits to ensure accuracy and transparency.

- Financial Reporting: Create actionable MIS reports for senior management.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance to avoid penalties.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets based on data analysis.

- Project Dashboards: Build dashboards to monitor project profitability.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and teams across the organization.

- Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems and internal controls.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance frameworks.

- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA): Mandatory qualification.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus.

- Experience: 5+ years in finance and accounting, with experience in statutory and internal audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
