Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory). Additional certification such as CPA or CFA will be considered a strong advantage. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, compliance, and reporting for our group companies, with a strong focus on US accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing US accounts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively during US shift timings.

• Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for group companies.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Handle consolidation of accounts across multiple group entities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the group.
• Review and manage tax compliance for both Indian and US jurisdictions.
• Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
• Supervise a team of accountants, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to all compliance standards.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Support strategic business decisions by providing financial insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure accurate accounts receivable/payable management and reconcile US client/vendor accounts.
• Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial matters.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• CPA or CFA certifications will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in handling US accounts and financial reporting in US GAAP.
• Exposure to group companies or multinational business structures preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations (both US and Indian is a plus).

• Strong command of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when collaborating with US-based stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in US shift hours.
