Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kochi. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare financial reports, conduct risk management, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial data. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support business growth.

Qualifications

• CA or CA Inter with minimum 5 yrs experience.
• Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Experience in preparing Financial Reports and Compliance
• Risk Management and Strategic Financial Planning abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
