Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health and stability by managing financial resources, identifying risks, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and investors.

2. Financial Management:

- Manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash inflows and outflows.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and financial planners.

- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.

4. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Prepare and file financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, including tax laws and regulations.
