About the Role

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for QSR operations
Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive cost efficiencies
Implement cost control measures and optimize operational expenses
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax policies, and audits
Monitor cash flow, revenue trends, and profitability metrics
Develop and present financial reports and performance insights to leadership
Support expansion strategies by evaluating financial feasibility
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams for financial alignment
Work remotely with cross-functional teams and travel to HQ when required

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in QSR / F&B industry
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
Good knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting / ERP software and Excel-based financial models
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
