Qualifications & Experience-

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Masters preferred).
5+ years of finance experience, ideally in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry.
Deep expertise in financial planning, cost control, and taxation for large-scale projects.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Budgeting & Forecasting
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Affairs
Internal Controls & Risk Management
Collaboration with Project & Business Teams
Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills for deep data insights.
Strong command over financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
