We are a fast-growing US–India startup with operations under Integer IT Solutions (US) and Dotin Solutions (India). We provide technology consulting, product development, and recruitment services, while also building our flagship AI product Saarathi AI. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a startup-minded Finance & HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day Finance and HR operations across both India and the US entities, working part-time to begin with, and growing into a larger role as the company scales. ⸻ 🏦 Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting (US + India) • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow, and expense tracking. • Manage client invoicing, payment tracking, and receivables for US and India entities. • Coordinate monthly payroll for India employees; liaise with US payroll partner/accountant. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and labor laws (India). • Assist with taxation, filings, and compliance for both US and India operations (coordinating with CPA/accounting firms as needed). • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports (India + US) for CEO. Human Resources (US + India) • Manage employee lifecycle: hiring paperwork, onboarding, contracts, exits (India + US contractors/consultants). • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave policies, and HR documentation. • Support managers in recruitment coordination (offer letters, contracts). • Coordinate performance review cycles and track outcomes. • Act as first-line support for employee queries; escalate only when needed. ⸻ ✅ Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in Finance & HR functions (preferably with startups or SMEs). • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting + HR compliance; exposure to US accounting/finance practices a plus. • Proficiency with accounting tools (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally). • Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking startup. • Comfortable working part-time with US–India time zone overlap. • Startup mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and resourceful. ⸻ 💼 Engagement & Growth • Part-Time: 20–25 hours/week to start, flexible schedule. • Potential to evolve into full-time Finance/HR Manager as the company scales. • Competitive part-time compensation with growth-linked increments. ⸻ 🚀 Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-scaling startup with operations in both the US and India. • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and own finance + HR across borders. • Exposure to startup growth journey — from multi-million revenue targets in months to a billion-dollar vision within two years. • Flexible part-time role with high potential to grow as we scale globally.
