Identity and Access Management Solutions Architect

As an IAM Application Manager at Integer IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role within the Enterprise Engineering Identity and Access Management (EE IAM) team. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the full lifecycle of complex applications, ensuring seamless identity and access management solutions, and driving consistent success through technical leadership and strategic collaboration. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. It will be essential to align application strategies with business objectives, industry standards, and emerging technologies. Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams will be crucial to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Additionally, you will define and execute application roadmaps that support organizational goals, provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management. Participating in architecture planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and facilitating technical workshops and training sessions will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that IAM solutions effectively support the organization's workforce needs, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be critical. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and refining processes to improve incident response and resolution times, and continuously evaluating and enhancing operational workflows for efficiency and scalability are also key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. You should possess 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with proven success in managing complex IAM deployments across the full application lifecycle. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Rust, hands-on experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and security principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, proven leadership and mentoring experience are also essential qualifications for this role.,
