As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a startup-minded Finance & HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day Finance and HR operations across both India and the US entities, working part-time to begin with, and growing into a larger role as the company scales. ⸻ 🏦 Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting (US + India) • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow, and expense tracking. • Manage client invoicing, payment tracking, and receivables for US and India entities. • Coordinate monthly payroll for India employees; liaise with US payroll partner/accountant. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and labor laws (India). • Assist with taxation, filings, and compliance for both US and India operations (coordinating with CPA/accounting firms as needed). • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports (India + US) for CEO.
