Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire finance function:

  accounting, budgeting, FP&A, cash flow, compliance, and audits
• Drive

  financial discipline, governance, and investor confidence

  across the organization
• Manage

  Company Secretarial compliances (ROC, FEMA, Board filings, etc.)

  and financial reporting
• Lead

  fundraising due diligence, cap table management, and equity structuring

• Build scalable processes for financial controls, risk management, and cost optimization
• Run

  strategic finance initiatives:

  ESOP & Sweat Equity rollouts, financial models, business cases
• Liaison with external partners: auditors, banks, investors, legal & regulatory bodies
• Set up robust

  internal financial systems and tech automation

  to scale operations efficiently
• Mentor and build the Finance team for long-term growth

What We Expect:

✅ CA + CS with 6+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
