Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive for our corporate office in Kolkata. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance using IDS and Tally, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and IDS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
• Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors as required.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
• Handle employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and other corporate finance operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ICWA (Inter) is a plus.
• 2-4 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance.
• Proficient in IDS, Tally, and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
