Finance Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make and evaluate all vendor vouchers and invoices in the system, mange vendor registration and processing
• Draft contracts and MOUs for successful and transparent vendor documentation
• Audit financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintain the confidentiality of the financial records
• Manage the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payments and oversee the software system for financial needs
• Maintain the privacy of financial information and when necessary, backup databases
• Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies discovered in the company’s financial documents and conduct a monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Manage and conduct the billing and internal audit processes to ensure there are zero discrepancies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6m-1 year of experience in Operations.
• Experience in Data management and reconciliation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Data work.
• Good with Numbers.
