Adherence to all company policies and procedures is expected, along with maintaining a clean and professional appearance, respecting confidentiality, and safeguarding company assets. Effective communication skills are vital, including speaking clearly and professionally, accurately preparing and reviewing written documents, and answering telephone calls with proper etiquette. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and addressing employee concerns are also important aspects of the role. The ability to handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently is required, along with a willingness to perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors. Preferred qualifications for the position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory experience is not required, and no specific license or certification is necessary.
