Role & responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

To manage and prepare monthly P&L and various reports required by business for the category within stipulated timelines.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• CMA Qualified/ CA inter
• Minimum 50% marks in all exams taken Class 10th onwards. In CV, marks obtained from 10th onwards should be mentioned.
• Exposure to an ERP system desirable.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Any gaps in education must be explained in the CV.

SCOPE OF THE JOB:

• Principal Accountabilities- (TASK -> Expected Result)

1. MIS & Finance

• Preparation of Monthly Profit and loss statement following the accounting principles.
• Preparation of various reports required by stakeholders such as capital employed, contribution reconciliation, category performance PPT.
• Creation of month end provisions following the accounting principles.
• Preparation of yearly Business plans and Quarterly Outlooks for the category.
• Monthly fixed cost and GL analysis and highlighting any variations.
• Circulating the Debtors ageing/finished goods reports to the stakeholders.
• Costing of the new products that are being planned for launch or existing products in case of any change in recipes etc. keeping in mind all the cost.
• Pricing of the products to be launched in the market.
• Creation of POs such as capex, consumables, import etc.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

• Analysis of contribution margins channel wise/account wise and customer level wise and highlighting in case of any deviations.
• Ensuring the adherence to credit limits of the customers
• Review and ensure adherence of internal policies (e.g CASP, DASP, SOP etc.,)
• Coordinate with team for implementation of audit recommendations; Resolve issues if any during implementation.
