Job Description: Finance Executive

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting systems, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day purchase, receipt, and payment entries.

● Process vendor invoices efficiently and ensure proper documentation.

● Maintain and update daily accounting transactions.

● Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices (including e-invoicing) using Tally Prime.

● Generate and manage bills & invoices as per business requirements.

● Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

● Prepare bank deposits and perform regular reconciliations.

● Maintain stock analysis and assist in inventory management.

● Possess a working knowledge of GST, TDS, and related tax compliances.

● Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong expertise in Tally Prime, particularly in invoicing.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.

● Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

● Ability to work with accounting systems and ensure compliance with invoicing procedures.

● Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Note: This is a contract role for 6 months

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
