Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking energetic and execution-oriented Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) to support our dealer network across India. As frontline representatives of Kazam, CREs will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, timely installations, and strong relationship management at the ground level. This role demands high accountability, proactive communication, and a customer-first mindset. About Kazam: Kazam is a leading provider of EV charging infrastructure and software solutions in India. We partner with OEMs, dealers, fleet operators, and end-users to enable the seamless adoption of electric mobility across the country. With a growing network of smart chargers, intuitive platform tools, and a pan-India service presence, Kazam is powering the shift toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. Key Responsibilities: ● Act as the on-ground SPOC for assigned dealers, ensuring smooth daily coordination. ● Oversee and follow up on EV charger installations, ensuring timelines (TAT) and quality standards are met. ● Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to resolve field-level issues and delays. ● Share real-time updates on field activity through structured same-day reporting. ● Capture and escalate customer complaints or service issues for prompt resolution. ● Ensure dealer adherence to Kazam’s processes, SOPs, and device activation workflows. ● Track and support collections follow-up for pending payments or documentation. ● Promote device-to-sales ratio accuracy by coordinating with dealer sales teams. ● Educate dealer staff on basic Kazam operations and support tools (e.g., app usage, ticket raising). ● Assist in organizing local dealer review meetings or training sessions. ● Collect feedback and relay insights to the KAM/CRM for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: ● 1–2 years of experience in Customer relationship management. ● Experience in Automotive, EV, Mobility, or Dealer-facing industries is a plus. ● Strong communication skills in Hindi and local regional language; basic English proficiency. ● Hands-on attitude with a willingness to travel and be on the field extensively. ● Ability to work with basic tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and mobile apps for reporting. ● Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership. ● Comfortable handling multiple tasks and managing diverse stakeholders. ● Inter - state and Intra - state travel in South region is mandatory as per requirements. ● Male candidates are preferred for this role.
