Finance Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive who will take ownership of end-to-end finance operations — from accurate data entry and transaction recording to generating detailed financial reports and supporting strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Zoho Books and comfortable managing the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, stock transfers) in Zoho Books with high accuracy
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (including GST details, credit notes, and location-wise summaries)
• Prepare purchase summaries, vendor ledgers, and SKU-level stock transfer reports
• Track and reconcile customer and vendor outstanding balances
• Extract and maintain accurate Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet reports
• Monitor cash flow, incoming payments, and due payables
• Support GST filing, TDS, and other compliance processes (in coordination with CA or external accountants)
• Use Zoho dashboards to provide insights for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Collaborate with operations and inventory teams for financial reconciliation and alignment
• Identify discrepancies, flag errors, and proactively resolve issues in financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using reporting dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
