Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Managing Director

Position Summary:

The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee the financial health of 4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial planning. This role requires strong expertise in construction and infrastructure accounting practices, cost control, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports to management for decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.

2. Project & Cost Accounting:

  • Maintain project-wise cost tracking for construction/infra projects.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Assist project teams in financial planning and contract management.

3. Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable accounting standards and corporate governance norms.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flows, working capital, and banking operations.
  • Oversee vendor payments, collections, and ensure timely fund flow for projects.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for loans, guarantees, and other financial instruments.

5. Team Management & Process Improvement:

  • Lead and guide the accounts team in day-to-day operations.
  • Streamline processes for accounting, reporting, and financial control.
  • Implement ERP/accounting software best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA (Semi-qualified or Fully Qualified) – Mandatory.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in the construction/infrastructure industry).
  • Strong knowledge of construction project accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
