Responsibilities & Duties Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Supports budget and forecasting activities. Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the clients operations. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. To lead on technical accounting compliance requirements, developing knowledge throughout the team and with other directorates where appropriate to ensure compliance To maintain the day-to-day relationship with our bank and other treasury service providers To support the Deputy Director of Finance with cash flow forecasting models that support the charity’s strategic business plans To review VAT returns, providing guidance to the Financial Accountant as required, managing the minimization of irrecoverable VAT. Minimum Graduate Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in façade project material handling. Knowledge of locally used façade materials, including: * Aluminium profiles (unitised panels, louvers, cladding panels, sliding windows) * Glass types (laminated, toughened, fire-rated) * All façade-related hardware Skilled in maintaining stock registers (manual & Excel) and preparing GRNs. Practical knowledge of safe storage and protection of materials in space-constrained sites. Coordinate with the store/material/purchase department (Pune) for timely supply of required materials against MTO/SMR.
