Finance and Accounts Head

As a Finance & Accounts Head at our manufacturing and exporting company in Indore, your role will be crucial in overseeing the finance, accounting, and compliance functions. Your strong background in finance & accounts, along with excellent leadership skills, will be essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the team for financial and accounting data capturing and bookkeeping - Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances - Prepare monthly financial reports with analysis for submission to the management - Manage asset management and physical stock reconciliation - Lead budgeting & forecasting processes, conduct variance analysis, and take corrective actions - Maintain adherence to SOP's, manage processes and controls, and ensure timely record-keeping as per statutory norms - Handle exports, banking, and Forex transactions, including risk benefit analysis - Coordinate internal and external audits, address audit findings, and implement corrective actions - Provide guidance on cost analysis to improve production, procurement, and delivery efficiency - Manage and mentor the accounting team, conduct performance evaluations, and offer professional development opportunities Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CA / CMA) - 12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards - Proven experience in manufacturing and exporting companies on accounting, finance, budgeting, MIS, and financial analysis Join our team and contribute your expertise to drive the financial and accounting functions towards success!,
