Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead

    financial planning and projections

    for expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and implement departmental goals and strategic financial initiatives.
  • Conduct

    competitor analysis

    and

    price benchmarking

    to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive

    commercial discussions and negotiations

    in coordination with Sales or Business SPOCs.
  • Forecast

    manpower costs

    and budget allocations for new market penetration.
  • Liaise with the

    Legal team

    to review and vet contracts and business terms.
  • Support the

    Sales team

    in commercial and terms discussions.
  • Oversee

    customer invoicing and payment tracking

    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Optimize

    entity structure

    for business scalability and efficient funds/payments management.
  • Lead

    fundraising efforts

    , including:
  • Financial modeling
  • Investor communication
  • Due diligence (DD)
  • Negotiations with Venture Capital (VC) firms
  • Create and maintain

    financial projections and fundraising plans

    aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute the company's

    overall financial strategy

    and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and manage

    financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures

    to ensure compliance and financial integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Accounting or Finance

    (Mandatory).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

    credential is required.
  • Minimum

    8+ years of overall experience

    , with

    3+ years in a senior financial managerial role

    within IT or technology-based companies.
  • SaaS industry experience

    is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in

    global entity structuring

    and

    financial planning

  • Hands-on experience with

    VC fundraising
