Finance Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team and work closely with the Finance Manager in supporting core financial functions. This is a permanent, full-time work-from-office role suited for professionals who are passionate about financial analysis, strategic planning, and business decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations
• Analyze financial data, interpret trends, and generate insightful reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare financial models to evaluate business performance and initiatives
• Contribute to investment analysis and cost optimization strategies
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist in driving financial discipline across departments
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
• Work on tasks and projects with the level of responsibility expected from a CFO perspective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified CMA (India or US) or CFA Charterholder
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
