Job scope include: Connect with key decision makers of sugar and grain-based distilleries and convert to ABM yeast products. Identify and shortlist key customers for conversion and make a time bound action plan. Prepare value proposals to convince customers for ABM yeast products through application trials. Conversion of customers from self-propagation (Culture) to ABM Yeasts and also Dry to Dry conversion. Managing supply network. Explore possibilities of fresh yeast / cream yeast for distilleries. Main responsibilities: 1. Customer acquisition through value proposals and retaining existing customer base. 2. Customer conversion from dry yeast to fresh / cream yeast. 3. Responsible for sales targets. 4. Managing distribution network and collections. 5. Improve market share through organic and inorganic growth Qualifications: Graduate Alcohol Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology Masters/Post Graduation/Diploma in Sales Management or relevant stream is added advantage Handled sales of yeast / enzymes into alcobev industry. 7 - 10 years of experience in sales of yeast / enzymes / chemicals into distilleries. Good knowledge and experience on alcohol fermentation.

Experience Required Have hand-on experience in SIEMENS DCS system (PCS-7), experience in backend program and language. Experience in find the travel shooting of DCS system. Experience in ladder/ STL/FFC block designing and construction. Experience in logic interlocks. Experience in SCADA and graphics. Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, measurement techniques, and control systems. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating instrument layouts. Experience with selecting, installing, and calibrating various instruments and sensors. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, API). Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, etc Main Operational responsibilities Responsible for all activities relating to upkeep of instrumentation and control systems Programming to tweak the process recipe as needed in the DCS systems Closely work with production and ETP DCS system, closely work with DCS operators in all the sections. No production downtime due to instrumentation breakdown, continuous availability of critical machines Execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs for control, automation and instrument systems Ensure the timelines of preventive/predictive/breakdown/planned instrumentation maintenance Systematic diagnosis of equipment malfunctions to arrive at the root cause and devise preventive action. Ensure reliability of instrumentation system to prevent unexpected equipment failure and downtime Routinely inspect instrumentation infrastructure and ensure safety of equipment and plant personnel. Comply with maintenance and calibration programs for control, automation and instrument systems Fault finding and trouble shooting in instrument systems like DCS, SCADA, PLC, PID Controller Establish and implement standard maintenance policies and procedures Working closely with electrical maintenance team to maintain the equipment and PM etc. Timely calibration of all the instrumentation and control equipment to ensure the accuracy of the results.

Performance Indicators: Tracking the month-on-month cost trend in a MIS and performing ongoing, timely and meaningful financial analysis to business. Identify opportunities for process improvement and liase with multiple stakeholders and support in process improvement Preparation of business review deck with insight on key areas to the management Collating the data on project capex cost and tracking the cost vs budget Support with the preparation and consolidation of inputs from the business for budgeting Understanding of P&L and performing meaningful analysis on timely basis Financial analysis and presentation to the key stakeholders on the business insights on monthly basis.
