Field Supervisor

Job Overview The Field Supervisor will oversee field operations while actively engaging in service delivery activities. This role involves managing and supervising field staff, ensuring service quality, coordinating with clients, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fieldwork and strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field staff to ensure smooth execution of service tasks. Conduct regular field visits to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to schedules. Coordinate with clients to understand their service requirements and address any issues promptly. Train and mentor field personnel to improve performance and service standards. Prepare daily/weekly field activity reports and share insights with management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations. Manage inventory and logistics related to field operations, including tools and supplies. Assist in planning and scheduling field activities to optimize resources and reduce downtime. Handle escalations and resolve client complaints on-site in an efficient and professional manner. Support the implementation of new processes or technologies aimed at enhancing field service quality. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma Proven experience in field operations, service delivery, or supervisory roles within the service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficient in using mobile technology and field service management software. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
