Job Description

Key Function The Key Role shall be towards Accounting, Reconciling of daily activities and accounting till Balance Sheet. Responsibilities: Manage all invoicing activities and ensuring invoices are submitted to the Accounts Head in time for payment. Works, Manage and oversee the Daily operations of the accounting department including: Daily / Routine Accounting Activities - Purchase, Sales, Expense, Voucher payments, Petty Cash etc. Accounts Receivable Activities. Bank Entry & Bank Reconciliation Statements. Accounts Payable Activities (Vendor invoicing, Vendor Payments, vendor accounts). Ensure Month end activities: Provisions, Voucher submissions. Daily, monthly and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, direct & indirect taxes, ESIC/PF etc. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company. Key Required Skills: Daily Accounting Invoice Processing Taxation & Legal Compliance GST Excel Tracking Budget Expenses Understand Government Billing Process and documentation Tally ERP Management Proficiency Bank Reconciliation Motivating Others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
