Job Description

Job Overview The Sales & Customer Communications Manager will lead sales efforts and manage all customer communications for our packaging box manufacturing unit. This role requires driving new business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with customers throughout the sales and order fulfilment process. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for packaging products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including retail, industrial, and e-commerce sectors. Manage customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and understand customer requirements to provide tailored packaging solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries, order tracking, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to specifications. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback insights to support management decisions. Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to expand market presence. Lead a sales and communication team (if applicable), providing training, motivation, and performance management. Stay updated on packaging trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to advise customers effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales and customer communication, preferably in packaging or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of packaging products, manufacturing processes, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple customer accounts. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team (if applicable). Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
