Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our service offerings to potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: ·       Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities ·       Present, promote, and sell company services to existing and prospective customers ·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals ·       Understand client needs and tailor service solutions to meet their requirements ·       Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals ·       Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits ·       Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery ·       Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis ·       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and pipeline progress using CRM software ·       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities Qualifications: ·       Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the service industry ·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ·       Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand client needs ·       Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite ·       Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment ·       Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory Additional Attributes: ·       Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality ·       Strong organizational and time management skills ·       Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to handle various client scenarios
