🌱 We’re Hiring: Field Supervisor

If you have practical experience in Net House & Poly House structure design and enjoy working hands-on in Controlled Environment Agriculture setups — this role is for you. 

🔍 About the Role 

As a Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in planning and constructing Net House & Poly House structures. You will work on-ground with the field team to ensure accurate construction, climate-ready setups, and efficient functioning of controlled cultivation environments that support Keisha Greens’ high-standard production. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities 

→ Construct Net House & Poly House structures suited for greenhouse and protected farming setups 

→ Prepare layout measurements, structure plans, and material specifications 

→ Work hands-on in building, assembling, and installing structures on-site 

→ Ensure structures meet climate-control, airflow, and light-optimization requirements 

→ Guide and supervise labour teams while assisting in physical tasks when needed 

→ Inspect ongoing work and make design or structural adjustments based on CEA needs 

→ Maintain documentation on structural quality, material usage, and progress 

→ Coordinate with the farm team to ensure structures support efficient crop performance 

✅ What We’re Looking For 

→ Minimum 2 years of experience working with greenhouse and protected farming setups 

→ Knowledge of planning and constructing Net House & Poly House structures 

→ Strong technical skills with the ability to work physically on-site 

→ Ability to coordinate, manage, and support on-ground teams 

→ High sense of responsibility, discipline, and practical problem-solving skills 

→ Good communication and an ability to adapt designs based on requirements
