  Job Description: Sr. Field Recruiter   Position: Sr. Field Recruiter Experience Required: 2–4 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 In-hand + Incentives Locations: Ghaziabad & Gurugram Industry: Logistics / E-commerce / Staffing (Driver & Warehouse Hiring)   About the Role The Sr. Field Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring for Drivers, Warehouse Associates, Delivery Executives, and other blue-collar roles. The role requires strong field recruitment experience with the ability to source candidates from markets, communities, and local networks in Ghaziabad and Gurugram.   Key Responsibilities • Manage bulk hiring for Drivers, Warehouse Staff, Delivery Executives, and field workforce. • Conduct field sourcing through job camps, local markets, community visits, and referral networks in Ghaziabad & Gurugram. • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, and onboarding. • Build strong connections with local vendors, driving schools, market associations, and training institutes. • Maintain daily MIS reporting, candidate pipeline, and hiring dashboards. • Ensure timely completion of candidate documentation and background verification. • Work closely with internal and client teams for manpower demands and hiring targets. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals. • Guide and support junior recruiters when required.   Skills & Competencies • Strong experience in field recruitment for Drivers, Warehouse Staff, and Delivery roles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills. • Ability to travel within Ghaziabad and Gurugram for daily hiring activities. • Good understanding of local markets and sourcing channels. • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and strong networking ability.   Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline. • 2–4 years of experience in field recruitment, especially in logistics or blue-collar hiring.   Benefits • Incentives based on hiring performance. • Travel reimbursements (as applicable). • Opportunity to lead and manage field hiring independently.
