Role Overview

Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites to provide

  installation, service, and technical support

  across plumbing, electrical, civil, and interior works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at client sites within defined timelines.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance checks.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure work complies with project standards and client requirements.
• Act as the

  primary technical contact

  for clients during service visits.
• Document site activities, service reports, and update records in CRM/Myntask.
• Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, site engineers, vendors) for timely issue resolution.
• Support site handover by ensuring all service and maintenance aspects are completed.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on proper use and upkeep of installed systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in

  field service

  for interiors, construction, or turnkey projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in:

• Plumbing systems

  (installation, fittings, drainage, water supply).

• Electrical systems

  (wiring, fixtures, load distribution).

• Civil works

  (minor repairs, finishing, masonry).

• Interior works

  (modular furniture, fittings, finishes).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency in using CRM/project management tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at multiple client locations.

• Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Time management and adaptability to dynamic site conditions.
