📢 Job Opening: Sales Manager – Residential Solar📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site, Full Time) 💰 Salary Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives 🕒 Experience2–5 Years 🔍 Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Residential Solar to drive customer acquisition, manage a high-performing sales team, and accelerate revenue growth in the residential rooftop solar segment. This role involves lead generation, market analysis, customer engagement, and closing high-quality residential solar projects. 🔑 Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve residential solar sales targets. Generate qualified leads through field activities, partnerships, and local market outreach. Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, housing societies, and channel partners. Lead, mentor, and motivate the residential sales team to improve conversions. Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations to customers. Manage the complete sales cycle including site visits, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation. Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution. Represent the company at customer meetings, local events, and community engagements. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data. ✅ Qualifications & Skills2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in residential rooftop solar / renewable energy / B2C sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and deal-closing skills. Basic understanding of solar energy systems and EPC processes. Experience in team handling or mentoring is an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
