Job Description

On-Field Sales Executive Time - 10:30am to 7:00pm Smartphone is mandatory. Job Summary: As an On-Field Sales Executive for our Internet Service Provider (ISP), you will be the face of our company, responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales in your designated territory. You will engage directly with potential clients, understand their internet needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve a mix of lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures to achieve set targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: - Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, community events, and other local activities. - Use various sales techniques to attract new customers, including cold calling and networking. 2. Sales Presentations: - Present and promote our internet services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner. - Conduct on-site demonstrations of our products and services. 3. Customer Acquisition: - Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our internet services. - Close sales by negotiating terms and conditions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Market Research: - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Provide insights and suggestions to the sales management team to improve sales strategies and processes. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 6. Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback. 7. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities. 8. Compliance and Ethics: - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. - Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
