Job Title: Office Admin Executive Location: Vikhroli Company: Rajesh Digital Job Description:The Office Admin Executive at Rajesh Digital will be responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the office. This role involves interacting with customers, managing package renewals, handling administrative tasks, stock management, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer queries, both in person and via phone. Assist customers with package renewals and follow up on new user registrations. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns. Renewals and Follow-Ups: Proactively call renewal customers to remind them of upcoming payments. Follow up with new users to ensure smooth onboarding and address any issues. Administrative and Office Management: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency. Keep the office space neat, tidy, and organized. Maintain necessary office supplies and report any requirements to the head office. Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining office records. Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of office and service-related items. Coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment as needed. Handle incoming stock, verify quantities, and update inventory records. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. Make calls to suppliers or the head office regarding stock requirements or updates. Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate with the head office for updates, support, or any other requirements. Maintain records of customer interactions, renewals, stock updates, and office activities using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Assist in compiling daily and weekly reports. Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in office administration, customer service, or stock management is preferred Polite, proactive, and detail-oriented
