Job Description

Job Opening: Field Sales Executive We are hiring for the position of Agriculture Field Executive in the following locations: Locations : Nashik, Sambhajinagar, Ahmednagar, Pune Salary : 15,000 25,000 per month + TA (Travel Allowance) Responsibilities include : Conducting product demonstrations (pesticides, seeds, fertilizers) Interacting with farmers and maintaining farmer contacts Performing field trials and supporting field sales Organizing demos and promotional activities Meeting with shopkeepers and dealers Coordinating with local dealers and distributors Required Skiils: knowledge of agriculture inputs (pesticides, seeds, fertilizers) Good communication and convincing skills Ability to conduct on-field demos and trials Should be comfortable with rural travel and farmer meetings Local Language proficiency
