Job Description

Title: Pest Control Sales Executive Department: Sales Development Industry: Pest Control / Facility Management / Environmental Services Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager Key Responsibilities:🟢 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, online platforms, and referrals. Visit residential, commercial, and industrial premises to introduce pest control services. Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns or customer referrals. 🟢 2. Client Communication & Consultation Understand customer needs and site-specific pest problems. Conduct site inspections to assess the pest issues and provide suitable treatment plans. Explain service offerings, eco-friendly solutions, safety measures, and value propositions. 🟢 3. Sales Closure Prepare and deliver customized quotations or proposals based on inspection findings. Negotiate pricing and terms within company policy and close deals efficiently. Convert prospects to paying customers while ensuring profitability. 🟢 4. Documentation & CRM Maintain accurate records of client details, quotations, sales status, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Ensure timely documentation for contracts, work orders, and approvals. 🟢 5. Coordination with Operations Team Coordinate with the technical/operations team for service execution post-sale. Ensure the client receives timely service delivery and support. 🟢 6. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals. Handle basic service-related queries and coordinate with the service team to resolve complaints. 🟢 7. Reporting Submit daily/weekly sales reports, targets achieved, and site visit updates to the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred (any stream) Experience: 1–3 years in direct/B2B sales; pest control or facility services preferred Communication: Strong verbal and written communication (English, local language) Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of pest control services (training will be provided) Skills: Negotiation, lead generation, field sales, customer handling Tools: Mobile apps, CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and Google Maps Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred) Willingness to travel locally for field visits Polite, disciplined, target-driven, and self-motivated Performance Metrics (KPIs):Daily site visits and client meetings Monthly sales targets (number of closures) Customer satisfaction and service renewals Lead conversion rate
