Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers (fabrication units, OEMs, job shops).
  
• Promote

  laser spares, consumables, service contracts (AMC), and retrofit/repair solutions

  .
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations (with HO support), and follow up till order closure.
  
• Achieve assigned

  sales targets

  for the region.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  
• Collect

  market insights

  (competitors, pricing, demand trends) and report regularly.
• Support the regional manager (also female) in client meetings, demos, and exhibitions.
  
• Ensure

  timely payment collection

  and coordinate with accounts team.
• Maintain proper documentation of visits, leads, and sales pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) OR MBA/Any degree with interest in industrial sales.

• Experience:

  05 years in

  industrial sales/field sales/technical sales

  preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Industry Exposure:

  Advantage if familiar with

  laser cutting machines, sheet metal, spares & consumables, or manufacturing industry

  .

• Skills:

• Strong communication & presentation skills (Tamil + English; Hindi is a plus).
  
• Confidence to meet clients in factories/workshops and explain products.
  
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into orders.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp/Email handling).
  

• Personality Traits:

• Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  
• Comfortable with

  field travel within assigned region

  .
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn technical products.
  
• Preferably

  local candidates

  who know the regional language & culture.
