Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
Sell insurance products (health, motor, life, etc.) to individuals and corporates, achieving
targets on time.
Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and events to promote offerings.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulations.
Assist with policy documentation and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions; provide regular sales
reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Persuasive selling skills with a customer-focused approach.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of insurance products and processes (training will be provided).
Bachelor s degree in any field.
1-3 years of field sales experience (6 Months insurance sales mandatory).
Proficiency in local language(s) along with basic understanding of English.
Valid driver s license with a 2-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
